Operating Hours
The Service shall operate 24 hours a day, except the interruption in service due to system maintenance (including data update operation during early morning hours).Release dates of tickets shall be announced on the ticket reservation page.

Method of payment: by Credit card only.
We will charge to the credit card account specified by a customer at the time of purchase. Billing dates may vary depending on your credit card company.

You may pick up your ticket at the box office of Suntory Hall from 24 hours after the completion of the reservation until the very day of a concert you purchased. Your photo ID, credit card with which you purchased tickets, and a hardcopy of the e-mail of purchase confirmation are required for identification.
Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled and the relevant event promoter decides to refund the ticket price, in which case the tickets will be refundable within prescribed periods only. Refunds shall be limited to the amount of the ticket price and the system usage fee. Other costs, such as service charges, transportation and accommodation, communication charge and any other costs in the similar nature shall not be refunded or reimbursed. Information on refunds and details of the procedures therefor shall be notified on this website.
